Terms of Use

These terms are the rules for using the Relemi app and this website. By creating an account or using Relemi, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use Relemi.

What Relemi is

Relemi is an AI shopping assistant. In a chat, you can ask it to find places to eat and shop near you, products and online shops, and recipes, and to put things on your shopping lists and in your pantry.

Relemi doesn’t sell anything. It can’t buy for you, book a table or contact a place for you, and it doesn’t search for services such as repairs or travel.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you first start Relemi. You need an account to use it: give us correct details, keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. What happens under your account is your responsibility.

You are talking to an AI

Answers, recipes and the few words written over search results come from AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they can misunderstand you. Before you rely on something that matters, such as opening hours, prices, stock, ingredients or allergens, check it with the place or the shop.

Relemi doesn’t give medical, dietary, legal or financial advice. If a food or a medicine matters for your health, ask a professional and read the label.

Places, shops and offers belong to someone else

Places on the map come from OpenStreetMap (through Geoapify) or from Google Maps; product offers come from Google Shopping (through Apify); online shops come from Google Search. They are third parties’ listings, shown as they were when you asked. Relemi doesn’t check their prices, stock, opening hours or delivery terms. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

A purchase is between you and the shop, under the shop’s own terms: its own page and checkout are what count. We ask the AI to put first what you said matters most to you, such as the price, the rating or the distance, as far as the results show it. We can’t promise that the results are complete or that they are the best available.

Your content

What you write to Relemi, and what you put on your lists and in your pantry, stays yours. You allow us to use it, and to send the parts that are needed to the services named in the Privacy Policy, only to run Relemi for you. Don’t send anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to send.

Using Relemi fairly

Please don’t use Relemi to:

• collect its data in bulk, or overload or disrupt it;
• get around its limits, such as the number of searches allowed in a day;
• manipulate the assistant into ignoring its rules, or send it content meant to do that;
• find weapons, illegal drugs or anything else illegal;
• break the law or other people’s rights, or reach someone else’s account or data.

We may limit, suspend or end access that breaks these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Relemi running, but we can’t promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Searches depend on outside services and can pause when those are unavailable or a limit is reached; Relemi then says so. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

You can stop using Relemi and ask us to delete your account whenever you like: the Privacy Policy says how.

What belongs to us

The Relemi app, name, logo, design and this website belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app for your own shopping. Please don’t copy it, take it apart or use our name or logo without our permission. Data from other sources, such as OpenStreetMap, stays under its own licence.

Disclaimers and liability

Relemi is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the shops, places and other services that Relemi shows you or relies on.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, or any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and if you keep using Relemi afterwards, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
